Do you have a design that you are looking to rapid prototype?

1. Submit your .stl files (units in mm) as a .zip archive to printing@polakumengineering.org. You must specify the desired resolution and density.
2. When the files have been checked, you will receive a confirmation email listing the required volume of material for your order.**
3. Place your order using the quoted volume (cm3) as the product quantity and select your desired options.

 Please consider the following limitations and design constraints:

1. Higher resolutions and density increase the print time of the model.
2. Overhangs exceeding 45 degrees require support structure.
3. Individual parts must fit within an 18x18x16cm box.
4. Structural components, such as panels, should rest across the xy-plane. Layers along the Z-axis risk layer separation if the component is large or under a heavy load.
5. Multiple components or parts that exceed the maximum build size should be split up and submitted together as separate files.
6. Small or complex curves and holes should rest across the xy-plane extending upwards along the z-axis.
7. The base of each part should be as flat as possible with any curved surfaces on the top side of the part.

** Some limitations apply, not all submissions will be approved.
